Terms of Service

These terms define the rights, obligations, responsibilities and conditions of use between Holdem Fans (the Company) and player members using Holdem Fans and related services.

The Company is a registered business operating the service. Business information, including its trade name, representative, business address, registration number and contact details, is published on the initial service screen, a linked page or through Support.

The Company makes these terms available during registration, onboarding or within the service and may amend them within applicable law. Important changes or changes unfavorable to members are announced before they take effect. Separate consent is obtained where required by law.

• View game information, venue operations and participation at affiliated or registered venues
• Apply to participate in games, view buy-ins recorded by venue staff, and check participation and settlement status
• Manage venue points, results, rankings and leaderboards
• Player content including Today's Run, training and hand records
• Additional services provided by the Company, such as Telegram integration and Holdee World

The service is an online platform that assists venue operations and record management. The Company does not directly guarantee offline games, payments, settlements, currency exchange, prize payments or disputes between members.

• Members may register with their own email, social login or another authentication method provided by the Company.
• Members must promptly correct inaccurate or changed account information.
• Members are responsible for managing their accounts and must notify the Company upon discovering theft or unauthorized use.

• Do not misuse another person's account, nickname, contact details or identifying information.
• Do not disrupt the service through false participation, fabricated buy-in records, record manipulation or automated tools.
• Do not use the service for illegal gambling, currency exchange, speculative transactions, money laundering or other unlawful purposes.
• Use of physical venues must comply with the venue's operating policies, entry requirements and applicable law.

Points, buy-ins, participation records, rankings and statistics are information for venue operations and record management. Unless otherwise indicated, points are not cash, electronic money or redeemable assets and are handled according to each venue's policies.

• Ante is a consumable access credit that opens one Today's Run. Unless otherwise announced, purchased Ante remains available until used.
• Run Pass is a monthly auto-renewing subscription providing unlimited Today's Run access during the paid period.
• The price and currency displayed at App Store or Google Play checkout apply.
• Subscriptions can be canceled in the store account settings. Access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
• Purchase cancellations and refunds follow the applicable store's policies and applicable law. Withdrawal rights may be restricted once digital content delivery begins.

The Company does not directly collect or store payment-method information such as card or bank account numbers.

Today's Run is entertainment content. It does not predict or guarantee actual game outcomes or financial results.

The Company may change the service for stable operation or temporarily suspend it for maintenance, incidents or security needs. Violations of these terms or applicable law may result in access restrictions, deletion of records, account suspension or account termination.

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters, communication outages, external platform failures or causes attributable to members or venues. Records may vary according to the party entering them and venue operations. Members should verify important onsite transactions and settlements directly with the venue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Company and members will seek to resolve disputes in good faith. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes follow the procedures of the competent court or dispute mediation body under applicable law.

These terms define the rights, obligations, responsibilities and operating standards applicable to venue owners, managers, administrators and authorized staff (venue operators) using the Holdem Fans venue management tools provided by Holdem Fans (the Company).

• Venue registration, approval applications, venue information and business hours
• Game creation, structure settings, participant approval and direct buy-in recording by staff
• Venue points, settlement records, leaderboards, TV displays and live status
• Staff invitations, permissions, customer inquiries and operational support

• Operators must register only venues they are authorized to operate and provide accurate names, addresses, contact details and business information.
• The Company may approve, hold or reject venues, or revoke permissions, to protect service reliability, compliance and operational stability.
• Operators must promptly update changed registration information.

• Operators must keep service data consistent with the actual game status at the venue.
• Participant approvals, buy-ins, points, settlements, rankings and staff permissions must be managed accurately.
• Player personal information and game records may only be used to provide the service. Unauthorized copying, disclosure or external provision is prohibited.
• The service must not be used for operations involving potential violations such as illegal gambling, currency exchange, speculative transactions or money laundering.

The Company may currently provide some or all features free of charge for stabilization and beta operations. Before introducing paid features, subscription fees or payment terms, the Company will announce prices, scope, payment and cancellation conditions and obtain necessary consent.

If operators violate these terms, the law or operating policies, or are suspected of false registration, record manipulation, personal information misuse or links to unlawful business, the Company may restrict venue visibility, suspend operator permissions, restrict game creation, correct data or terminate accounts.

The venue and its operator are responsible for onsite operations, admission, payments, settlements, customer service, required permits and legal compliance. The Company provides online tools and does not directly guarantee or represent parties in onsite disputes between venues and players.
